Communication Improvement Program

Communication Enhancement Program teamwork and goal alignment are both dependent on the program. The main focus of the communication improvement program is on the verbal and nonverbal components of communication. It allows students to observe how well their ideas are received by others and helps them progress. Through the Communication Improvement Program, students can share their knowledge and abilities, teaching and learning from one another to improve communication in general. Communication, while a difficult skill to master, can be mastered with time and effort. Students in communication training programs can practice communicating in low-stakes scenarios while learning how to persuade others without jeopardizing their judgement. Communication Improvement Program at GIFT Language Center polishes English language abilities through foreign language courses.

Firms are always looking for good resources, according to our research, no matter how difficult the times are. Our graduates struggle to find work, despite being competent and at the top of their class. This is due to a lack of understanding of the organization’s expectations. Our “How to Get Your First Job” curriculum seeks to bridge the knowledge gap and equip graduates for skills that are not only necessary but also desirable by employers. It examines what organizations look for when hiring, what is a deal breaker for them, what special abilities are required for a specific job, and how to be effective from CV submission to job interview and hiring.

YLDP plans to organize a Campus 2 Career (How to Find Your First Job) event where students can meet industry professionals and ask questions about how to acquire a job. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime meeting of industry experts, learning-based activities to stimulate their thinking, and discussion groups to help individuals learn from each other under professional supervision. The session includes a panel discussion, resume writing, reference building, simulated interviews, interactive exercises, group discussions, and other activities.
